Please read these disclosures carefully before using Grailo. They explain important risks and clarify what Grailo is and is not responsible for. Your use of the Service confirms that you understand and accept them, together with our Terms of Service.

1. Not financial or professional advice

Nothing on Grailo is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any card, NFT, token, or other asset. Any prices, estimates, valuations, “expected values,” or insights shown are informational only and may be wrong. Make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. Collectibles are speculative and volatile

Graded trading cards and the tokens representing them are speculative assets. Their value can be highly volatile, illiquid, and may fall to zero. Past performance and displayed estimates do not indicate future value. Only transact with amounts you can afford to lose.

3. Independent of CollectorCrypt

Grailo is an independent interface. It is not operated by, owned by, endorsed by, or formally affiliated with CollectorCrypt. Grailo surfaces CollectorCrypt’s publicly available, on-chain marketplace and links to its gacha experience, but the vaulting, grading, authentication, storage, insurance, shipping, and physical redemption of cards are performed solely by CollectorCrypt and the relevant third-party grading companies — not by Grailo. “CollectorCrypt,” “LITCOIN,” and other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Non-custodial — you are in control

Grailo never holds your funds, tokens, NFTs, cards, or private keys. You transact directly on the blockchain using your own wallet. We cannot move your assets, reverse a transaction, recover lost keys, or retrieve assets sent in error.

5. Blockchain & crypto risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may incur network (gas) fees. The Solana network, smart contracts, wallets, bridges, and related infrastructure may contain bugs, may be exploited, or may experience congestion, outages, or failures that result in delays or loss. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and device, and for verifying every transaction before signing it.

6. Aggregated data may be inaccurate

Prices, listings, offers, holdings, leaderboards, league standings, points, pack results, and other information shown on Grailo are aggregated from CollectorCrypt and other third-party sources. This information may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may differ from the live state on-chain or on CollectorCrypt at the moment you transact. It is provided “as is” without warranty.

7. Authenticity & grading

The authenticity, condition, and grade of any card are determined by CollectorCrypt and independent grading companies (such as CGC, PSA, or similar), not by Grailo. Grailo makes no representation or warranty regarding the authenticity, grade, condition, or redeemability of any item.

8. Gacha / pack opening

The gacha experience is operated by CollectorCrypt, not Grailo. Pack outcomes are randomized and you may receive an item worth less than the amount paid. Odds, pricing, and mechanics are set and controlled by CollectorCrypt and are subject to its terms. You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in your jurisdiction; Grailo provides an interface and links only and does not operate any pack sale or randomized draw.

9. LITCOIN & staking

LITCOIN is a third-party token issued and operated independently of Grailo. Fee discounts are based on a staked balance read from LITCOIN’s API and may change or be discontinued. Any buyback, burn, or revenue-related mechanism associated with LITCOIN is operated by LITCOIN, not Grailo. Tokens are volatile and speculative; nothing here is an offer of, or solicitation to acquire, a security or investment, and no return is promised or implied.

10. Availability

Grailo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will be error-free.

11. Regulatory & tax

The legal and regulatory treatment of cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, and tokenized collectibles is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you, including any reporting and tax obligations arising from your activity.

12. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grailo and its operators, contributors, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information it presents. This Disclaimer is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service.
